Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of products offered on the JEANET website. Any order placed on the site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. Minor differences may exist between the photos and the products delivered.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included. Shipping fees may be added to the total amount of the order and will be specified before final confirmation.

4. Orders

The customer validates their order after completing the online form. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer. The seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a payment dispute or a clear error.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payments are secure and may be made by credit card through all payment methods available via Shopify Payments.

6. Delivery

Production & Made-to-Order Process

Certain products offered on the JEANET website are made to order. As a result, production begins only after payment has been received.

Orders are generally processed and produced within 10 to 15 business days, depending on the complexity of the garment. This production timeframe is necessary to ensure proper craftsmanship, quality control, and responsible inventory management.

Some items may already be in stock and therefore prepared more quickly.
The customer acknowledges that these production times may vary and that they are an integral part of the order process. No cancellation or refund can be requested on the grounds of standard production timelines.

The exact delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier selected, but is usually around 2 to 4 business days.

These timeframes are provided for guidance only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.

Some items may be shipped separately in order to ensure faster delivery times.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days after receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

8. Returns

No return can be accepted without prior contact by email at contact@jeanetstudio.com.
Once validated by our customer service team, the product must be returned in its original condition, complete and undamaged.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Warranty

The seller undertakes to provide products that conform to their description. In the event of a defective product, the customer must contact customer service within 14 days.

11. Disputes

Any dispute will be subject to French law. Failing amicable resolution, the competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
