We currently deliver within France.

Delivery and Production Times

Certain products offered on the JEANET website are made to order. As a result, production begins only after payment has been received.

Orders are generally processed and produced within 10 to 15 business days, depending on the complexity of the garment. This production timeframe is necessary to ensure proper craftsmanship, quality control, and responsible inventory management.

Some items may already be in stock and therefore prepared more quickly.
The customer acknowledges that these production times may vary and that they are an integral part of the order process. No cancellation or refund can be requested on the grounds of standard production timelines.

The exact delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier selected, but is usually around 2 to 4 business days.

These timeframes are provided for guidance only and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as carrier delays or adverse weather conditions.

Some items may be shipped separately in order to ensure faster delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
This code will allow you to track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website.


Delivery Issues

Order not received:

Damaged parcel:
If your parcel arrives damaged, please report it to the carrier immediately and inform us as soon as possible so that we can take the necessary steps.


Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

JEANET cannot be held liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional fees may apply for reshipment.

For deliveries within France, no customs fees apply.

For shipments to other countries, customs duties and import taxes may be charged, and these fees are the responsibility of the customer.
