Returns

You may return your product within 14 days from the delivery date. However, we reserve the right to delay the refund until the returned item has been received and inspected.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. 

Any exceptions to this policy will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

Return Process

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or a shipping error.

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, JEANET will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your item has been returned and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and to inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

  • Please note that credit card refunds may take longer depending on your bank’s processing times.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at contact@jeanetstudio.com.

Return Address

Before returning any item, please contact us at contact@jeanetstudio.com to receive the shipping instructions for the return address.

Liability for Returns

We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. JEANET cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipment.
